ENGIE ELEKTROMONTAŻ provides services in consultancy, design, installation, commissioning and servicing of the whole range of medium- and low-voltage electrical installations, photovoltaic installations, low-current installations and installations of control and measurement apparatus and automation systems.

Currently, the Company employs approximately 100 qualified employees under employment contracts. This includes experienced engineering staff and a team of in-house, experienced electricians. We develop concepts, carry out projects and optimise technical solutions for electrical, low-current and industrial automation installations.
We assemble new installations and also modernise existing electrical installations. We prefabricate low-voltage switching stations, provide maintenance services, carry out installation inspections and condition assessments, as well as measurement work.
In our work, we ensure the highest standards of quality, organisation and supervision. We use the latest and at the same time proven technologies. We ensure that our installations comply with current standards and technical regulations. We place particular emphasis on ensuring safe conditions for the execution of work, on adhering to the most stringent health and safety and quality control requirements and standards. ENGIE ELECTROMONTAGE – HISTORY
01-10-2002 r. – establishment of PRE ELEKTROMONTAŻ-POŁUDNIE SP. z o.o.
By virtue of an agreement between Elektromontaż-1 Katowice S.A., its then owner Moeller GmbH and a representative of FABRICOM S.A. (a company of the GDF SUEZ Group), an investment agreement was concluded. The subject of this agreement was the sale by Elektromontaż 1 Katowice S.A. of a portion of the company’s assets and the transfer, based on an agreement between the parties, of employees employed in the part of the company involved in the provision of electro-assembly services. A new company was established based on the acquired employees and assets. This sale resulted from the implementation of the investment intentions of strategic investors:
– the German Moeller GmbH, whose aim was to concentrate and develop the Elektromontaż-1 Katowice S.A.’s business focus on the production of medium- and low-voltage electrical switchgear,
– the Belgian company FABRICOM S.A. , whose aim was to develop its activities in the provision of electrical assembly services.
With this agreement, PRE Elektromontaż – Południe Sp. z o.o., took over the achievements and experience developed over more than 50 years during the implementation of many projects at home and abroad.
2003 r. – establishment of FABRICOM POLSKA Sp. z o.o.
2003 r. – Establishment of a branch office in Bydgoszcz.
Employment of PRE Elektromontaż employees from Bydgoszcz.
2004 r. – Establishment of Export branch in France,
Start of cooperation with INEO France, export activities, commencement of an 8-year contract at the CERN European Centre for Nuclear Research in Geneva – installations for the electron particle accelerator, and other contracts in France.
2008 r. – change of ownership of the company – GDF SUEZ Energy Services
The previous sole shareholder of FABRICOM GTI S.A. transferred the company’s shares to its owner GDF SUEZ Energy Services as a result of changes in the organisational structure of the Group.
2015 r. – change of the company’s name – COFELY Elektromontaz Sp. z o.o.
By the owner’s decision, the company changed its name to include the new COFELY brand, which was used by GDF SUEZ Capital Group companies from the Technical Services Companies division.
2017 r. – Renaming of the company again – ENGIE Elektromontaż Sp. z o.o.
Due to the owner’s decision to change its own name from GDF SUEZ to ENGIE, the company, like all companies in the global group, changed its name taking into account the new ENGIE brand.
